A little about us

Real Estate Done Right

We started investing investing passively in real estate back in 2017.  In 2018  we started actively investing in apartments.  We went fulltime in 2019 and moved to Tennessee after living for 40+ years in Alaska.  Our first invovlvement in RV parks came in 2021.


To date we have participated in eight apartments projects and five RV parks.  We also have a property management company for a portion of our apartment holdings.


All projects have been multiple partners either as Syndications or Joint Ventures.  Darren Light has been our partner in many of the projects listed below, including being a partner in our management company.  We previously worked with Darren as Real Wealth Solutions where we hosted the Real Wealth Solutions Podcast (about 100 episodes) and hosted a local meetup.  We could not have gotten this far witout his friendship and partnership.
